If you are not head over heels about your SoulMakes order, you may make a return or exchange within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date (other conditions apply).
The following conditions must be met in order to return any products ordered from SoulMakes:
- Return shipping is post-marked within 30 days of confirmed delivery date
- Items are unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All packaging, tags, and accessories are included (you may keep cards, postcards, stickers, branded jewelry boxes, etc.)
- Items purchased "on sale", custom items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Customers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Gift cards
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow up to 5 business days after we have received your return for us to evaluate the return and send notification.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (this depends on your credit card or banking institution).

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:
