I'm normally a small in shirts but I ordered a medium just for the bottoms. The top fits perfectly and is very comfortable. However, the bottoms squeeze the fat on my sides. The bottoms are very tight that they squeeze the fat in the most unwanted places. I'm pretty In shape but these bottoms are terrible.
