We accept returns on full price merchandise within 14 days of when you receive your order. You can also exchange for other merchandise or receive store credit. All sale items are final sale. Returned/Exchanged merchandise must be received back by us in original unworn condition with all tags and/or stickers attached. Shoes must be sent back to us double-boxed and the shoebox must be in original undamaged condition. Shoes that are sent back to us in just their original shoebox will be refused.
In order to process a return/exchange, please follow the directions on the invoice included with your order and contact us for an RA#. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise in order to do a return/exchange. Original shipping cost will not be included in your return/exchange/store credit and customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back to us. If a free shipping promotion was applied when purchasing the item, the customer will not be able to use this promotion again on the exchange, and the actual cost of shipping will not be refunded to the customer in the event of a return. We are also not responsible for missing/damaged packages sent back to us by the customer so we recommend purchasing necessary packaging and tracking to ensure proper delivery.
In the rare event that you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, we will exchange it for the correct merchandise and cover all normal shipping costs for returning the merchandise back to us. If we cannot exchange it for the correct merchandise due to the item being sold out, we will issue you a full refund or store credit (including your original shipping cost) once the merchandise is returned back to us.
