I got a size S and I love it!! Fits perfectly and I get so many compliments on it!

True to size and looked exactly like picture, just took a little while.

I'm 4'10, 100 lbs. Yes, the bottoms run pretty small and fit like a thong. I sized up because I knew this. The top is a little loose on me (I'm a 32C), but with the string that came with it and adding in padding, it fits a lot better.
