I received my product about 2 weeks late, but the Wanelo customer service was really attentive in investigating the cause of the delay. When my boots did arrive, I was very happy with them! I’m a size 8 with narrow feet and I ordered an 8.5, which is actually much roomier than I thought. I can wear an insole with medium thick socks and still have plenty of toe-room. Perfect for this chilly season!

Extremely comfy, has a really good sole to it as well. Not a huge fan of the laces, don't stay tied well. Other than that though. Love them!

I ordered a 6 and they fit perfectly! the only thing is it took almost a month to ship because there was a problem with he shipping. I had to send it back and receive new ones. Other than that they're perfect
