We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery except on custom orders and personalized orders with more than one initial.
Jewelry must be returned in an unworn and untangled condition with a copy of your receipt. If the item arrives otherwise, we will be unable to refund or issue a store credit/exchange and your order will be shipped back to you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do repair our jewelry. Repairs are free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order/delivery confirmation. After the 30 days, please message us details and a photo if possible and we'll determine a repair estimate for you. Return shipping fees on repairs are the customer's responsibility.
