We do accept returns, but must be notified of the need to return an item and the reason within 3 days of receipt of item. When returning, you must pay for return shipping and we must receive it back within 10 days from your receipt. We can not HOLD an item while waiting for your return to come in and be processed. If you would like to exchange and are worried about its availability, please purchase it and you will receive store credit refund when your other returned item/s are processed.
The item must be not worn, not washed, no stains/odors, and have tags still attached.
Boutique clothing is delicate and must be treated as such. Please use the directions on the tags for washing and lay flat to dry as always.
Once we receive returns they will be processed within 3-6 business days and at this time you will be issued a store credit through your account in the price of the item or items you sent back minus the shipping charges that were paid to get the items to you. We are not responsible for the return shipping charges, you will be responsible for that. Please note that if you get FREE shipping with your order and decide to send an item back, we will have to deduct the initial shipping charge of up to $5.05 that we paid from your store credit. We are NOT responsible for the shipping charge it costs to send it back to us and once again will have to minus the initial shipping it costs us to get to you if you got free shipping.
