This Fulfilled by Wanelo store accepts returns within 30 days of the date the item was delivered. Refunds for this store are issued exclusively in Wanelo credit.

To return an item, submit a return request right from ‘Your Orders’ in the Wanelo app. The full amount will be refunded to your Wanelo account in the form of credit. Your credit balance will be visible at checkout and applied automatically to your next purchase on Wanelo.

- The merchandise must be received back within 30 days of the date the item was deemed delivered by the carrier.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition and packaging it was sent with all tags attached to be eligible for a return. All swimwear and undergarments are final sale.
- Your Wanelo order number MUST be included in the address on your return shipping label.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and service fees are nonrefundable.
- If an item arrives defective/damaged or you believe you received the wrong item, email photos of the item to [email protected] within 7 days of the date your item was deemed 'delivered' by the carrier.
- A tracking status deemed "delivered" by the carrier will serve as proof of delivery for all orders. Wanelo is not responsible for lost or stolen claims once proof of delivery is confirmed.
- When placing orders, be sure to enter a complete and accurate shipping address. The most common reason for undeliverable shipments is the omittance of an apartment or unit number. Items returned to sender will be subject to a re-ship fee at cost to the customer.
