FIRST 15 DAYS: Within the first 15 days after receipt, you will have your choice of a full refund in the amount of the item being returned, or store credit. All items being refunded or returned for store credit must still have the tag in place and the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original state.
NEXT 15 DAYS (up to 30 days after receipt): You will be provided with store credit if the tag has not been removed from the item and the item is unused, unworn, and in its original state.
FOR ALL SALE ITEMS: All items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased prior to sale will not be price matched for the sale price.
FOR INTIMATES & ACCESSORIES: All items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To Return Your Item(s):
On the packing slip supplied with your order, please highlight any items you will be returning, and describe the reason for returning each item. Additionally, state whether you will be requesting a Refund or Store Credit. Send this packing slip and the items to be returned in the packaging of your preference, and mail to 418 E. Commonwealth Ave. Unit 14, Fullerton, CA 92832. Immediately upon receipt of your return, you will be refunded or provided with store credit as requested. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
